Ensalada de Jicama

Taco Bar

Pachanga Taco Package

You will receive enough corn or flour tortillas, along with one meat choice, lettuce, pico de gallo, or salsa, to build your tacos. Accompanied by Mexican rice and refried beans.. Minimum 15 people.

Fajita Taco Package

You will receive enough flour tortillas, one meat choice (chicken, beef, or veggie fajitas), lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, and guacamole to build your tacos. Accompanied by Mexican rice and refried beans. Minimum 15 people.

Lunch Boxes

Tex Mex Salad

A salad with black beans, roasted corn, creamy serrano ranch, and lettuce, with your choice of vegetarian or chicken. 5 box minimum. One meat choice in increments of 5. Served cold.

Tex Mex Wrap

A wrap with black beans, roasted corn, creamy serrano ranch, lettuce, and cheese with your choice of vegetarian or chicken filling with a side of corn chips. Five box minimum. One meat choice in increments of 5. Served cold.

Fajita Lunch Box

Your choice of fajitas: chicken, beef, or vegetarian with a side of Mexican rice & black beans. Guacamole, sour cream, and flour tortillas are packaged in separate containers. One meat choice in increments of 5.

Postre Sampler

A dozen bite-size portions of dessert. There is 4 slices of tres leches cake, 4 slice of choco-flan and 4 slices of flan. 48 hours needed*

Fruit Tray

Small tray feeds 15 and large tray feeds 30. Contains seasonal fruit.

Drinks

Aguas Frescas

Your choice of agua fresca: hibiscus or horchata. One gallon contains 10 12-oz servings, and 5 gallons contain 50 12-oz servings. 

Coffee

A 90 oz carafe of coffee that serves 9 10-oz cups of coffee. It comes with cups, lids, sugar, creamer, and stir sticks.

Jarritos

An individual 12.5-oz glass bottle. Flavors vary.
