Tamale Heating Instructions
STOVE TOP STEAM OPTION:
Use a double pot with perforated inside pot, add water to a low boil to cover bottom of pot, add the inside pot, place tamales with open end face up standing upright, cover with a damp kitchen towel cover with foil or lid, heat for about 10-15min
STOVE TOP FRY OPTION:
In a fry pan add about 1/3 cup oil (enough to cover bottom of pan) low heat, remove husk, heat tamales on each side until toasty golden brown.
Wrap individual tamales with damp paper towel for about 2minutes, or for several tamales on plate cover with a damp paper towel and heat for about 3min.
